Connecticut’s Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security has asked the Town of West Hartford to provide a list of homes and businesses that were damaged during recent storms.

The information West Hartford provides, along with neighboring towns and cities, will determine if our region qualifies for a disaster declaration.  

The Town of West Hartford is requesting anyone who had damage to their property to please fill out and submit this form along with any photo's related to the storm damage. Photos should not contain people and the filename should be saved as your address (i.e. 50SouthMain-1.jpg) so it could be easily identified for your property.
