After you press submit, you will receive a receipt number, the receipt number is your permit number.
Once you have your permit number you must contact Paine's directly at 860-844-3000 to schedule your pick-up. Your bulky waste will not be picked up unless you have scheduled a date with Paine's. Also please note, permits are for a one time use and must be used within two weeks of purchasing.
